The hardest part is rarely the device itself. It is the feeling of not knowing where to begin, worrying that one wrong click will make things worse, or depending on someone else every time something changes.
My work is about returning that sense of control.
I listen carefully, explain things plainly, and build solutions around the person—not around the product. I don't believe you should have to become an expert just to enjoy the things you already own.
